Job Summary:
The Clinical Program Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation, operation, and improvement of Steward Health Care Network's (SHCN) Clinical Programs.

Assist project manager in the execution of the management plan for assigned projects including but not limited to:

· Prepare project meeting agendas and associated attachments as directed by the Project Manager (PM).

· Attend weekly project meetings as requested by PM and keep detailed meeting minutes for publishing to project team.

· Review project designs and contribute ideas for creating efficiencies

· Help problem solve issues and suggest ways to improve the project

· Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents

· Enter information into and manage the digital project database

· Schedule meetings across project management teams

Complete analyses as required to report on project performance to key stakeholders and leadership

Education:

· Bachelor's Degree

Years of Experience:

· 1-2 years of experience in project management or as an administrative assistant


Work Related Experience:

· Health Care industry experience preferred, especially Care Management Operations

· Experience working in a fast paced, matrixed organization

Specialized Knowledge:

· Knowledge of Project Management Processes

· Knowledge of healthcare programs & operations, including Accountable Care Organizations, preferred

· Microsoft office applications, advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word
