Crisis Coordinator - Intervention Programs - SHCN
The Crisis Coordinator is responsible for clinical oversight of crisis response across the Steward Health Choice Arizona (SHCA) network. Reviews daily incoming crisis reports from crisis lines, coordinates with SHCA staff or providers for follow-up of issues including referrals to member high-risk registry, to address member complaints, or to address possible provider care issues. Provides clinical oversight of crisis response programs across the SHCA network of care, including case consultation, customer service and critical care concerns and clinical system / program analysis. Reviews an analyzes information and data pertaining to crisis response programs and crisis plan; writes reports, develops and implements strategies to improve. Partners with the crisis providers and community stakeholders to ensure crisis services are timely and collaborative. Collaborates with tribal, cultural, and prevention programs related to crisis protocols and suicide prevention activities, including training. Coordinates with state and local partners to manage critical incidents such as wildfires, school emergencies, and other critical incidents impacting Northern Arizona.

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
Two (2) or more years of experience in area of assignment, including crisis / behavioral health services for adults and children
