Position Purpose: Support all aspects of the local chapter and governance teams. Manages the flow of communication from the various sites across the Steward network and outside the network to all the governance/local chapter programs.

· Collaborate with cross functional teams regarding all areas of governance to ensure compliance and effective processing and control of critical data elements

· Manages and coordinates activities across SHCN local operational teams, steering workgroups and stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure the business is successful in meeting its goals and objectives

· In collaboration with SHCN leadership, manages and prioritizes calendar(s), schedule(s), coordinates meetings, and communicates closely with required individuals

· Prepares and assembles materials for high-level leadership meetings

· Creates and distributes presentations, workflow diagrams, and project summaries using PowerPoint and other software applications across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

· Develops a process for creating and distributing centralized POD, BOD, and Practice Manager meeting presentations in order to maintain a consistent messaging platform for the local area region.

· Conducts research and analysis, identifies best practices and opportunities for improvement, and provides recommendations and solutions to support strategic initiatives

Education / Experience / Other Requirements

Education:

· Bachelor of Science preferred

Years of Experience:

· Minimum of 1 year in healthcare setting supporting project efforts and administrative efforts

Specialized Knowledge:

· Project and time management

· Microsoft Windows and Office Applications
